June Busch has more than 21 years of client services experience in the direct marketing industry. As Executive Vice President of Client Development, Busch is responsible for the management of client service functions for the company, essentially overseeing the client experience at Direct Group. She works with both new and existing clients to ensure that their needs are met at every step of the process in working with Direct Group.
Busch recently developed and implemented a management model for self-directed client teams, bringing together Direct Group associates in areas including data programming, document composition and imaging, printing processing and procurement, estimating, forecasting and production. The new model delivers account management process efficiencies, and clients benefit from a single point of contact who oversees all aspects of a client program. By deploying client-dedicated teams, Direct Group delivers relationship continuity and the rewards of a true partnership with each client.
Busch has served many roles with Direct Group, starting as Director of Account Services & Quality and overseeing account managers, customer service representatives and the quality control department when the company launched in 1994.
Busch also served as an Account Executive responsible for managing the client services division, as well as overseeing relationships between company sales representatives and clients. In that role, she also led the development of a formalized quality program within all departments at Direct Group.
Prior to joining the company, Busch spent eight years at Philadelphia-based Acxiom Mailing Services in various customer service and account management positions.
