Matt Graham has 16 years of experience in direct marketing and marketing technologies. As Chief Strategy Officer, Graham is responsible for the evolution of Direct Group’s service offerings, including the company’s unique, integrated multichannel marketing solutions.
Since joining the company in 2006, his accomplishments include the successful acquisition and integration of Enterprise Marketing Solutions, Inc. (EMSi), a database marketing services provider, the integration of a cross-channel marketing platform including e-mail and digital print, and record performance for the Database Marketing and Fulfillment divisions.
Prior to joining Direct Group, Graham held various positions for direct marketing services provider Transcontinental Direct (formerly CC3), including Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Database Marketing Services.
In his 13 years with Transcontinental/CC3, Graham was credited with many technology innovations including the introduction of the direct mail industry’s first online suite for reporting, inventory management, workflow management and electronic proofing.
Graham is an active member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), serving on the Segment Advisory Committee of the DMA’s Marketing Technology Council.
